active theme with purchase code but nothing happened

    Hi Support,

    We had to move our website to another server. When we try to activate the theme, it did not work.

    We still see a big notification saying to activate code.

    Please advise.

    Hello, Matt Lok


    Please, keep in mind that one license of our theme can be used on one domain only.
    If you need to move your license from one domain to another you should remove the license code from the old domain: remove the license in the Customizer, press the save button.
    After this please write to us. We'll reset it.

    Thank-you for the prompt reply.

    Ok no problem, I remove the license from the test site domain and I added the license to the new production domain which is running live.

    Please reset on your end.

    Hi Support,

    This is my forth request for you to reset the "purchase code".

    I have confirmed the test website has deactivated the "purchase code" - and we have added the "purchase code" to the new production live site.

    Please advise as we cannot move forward with our site until you have reset the code on your end.

    Ok, your license is deactivated 

    You can use it on a new domain.

    Please, check. If everything is ok for now?
