I just bought a license of "Voicer Recording Studio" theme but I am not able to insert the purchase/license code for activating the license.
The problem is that when I click on "Customize" I can see only the title of the theme and nothing more... practically the space where to insert the code does not appear.
For your information, I'm working in local (no hosting for now).
Issued solved! After checking many things I discovered that the problem was the browser (Safari). I worked on Chrome and now everything works.
I would like you to tell me just one thing.
In the theme, there's a cart icon in the right corner above. I don't need it and I really would like to remove it. I uninstalled WooCommerce plugin but the cart is always there.

You don't have to enter a license on a localhost.
Such kinds of errors can be connected with 3rd party plugins/custom changes in theme’s code.
By default, in a clean theme’s installation, all functionality is loaded without errors.
Also try to check the theme on a real server. You may not enter the license. Just check how the customizer works

Hi Olga, thanks for your response.
As you said, I installed the theme on my hosting with my domain but I keep on getting the same issue.
It always asks me to insert the code and the "customize" page is still incomplete (see my screenshot I sent in my first post).
The Wordpress version I use is 6.0.2.
Now I leave you the screenshot I get after the complete installation.
Please, help me to solve this issue.

Do you mean that the same problem with the Customizer you see on a real server?
Do you use the latest theme's version? Do you use any of 3rd party apps?

this is described in the documentation
Header Top Cart - go in admin left menu: Appearance -> Widgets -> Theme Header Cart, add/remove shotrcode: [theme_mini_cart]
