I mistakingly deleted the original coding from the header info button widget and deactivated contact form 7 from my Wordpress Dashboard. Now the book VIP buttons don't work correctly in the upper right hand corner of the website header. I reinstalled contact form 7 after attempting to use Formulator Pro but couldn't figure out how to integrate it into the website. How do I bring back the original booking forms that come with the template and customize them to my liking? please assist. Thank you

1- you can restore the whole layout by making reset of existing look via the plugin WP Reset
2- or you can add all blocks manually
