I had the web provider try to help me with the issue and they could not. Problem is with the theme.
Please return my money I dont have the time trying to figure out why your theme wont work. I have 20 other themes with no problems and ill find another one that i will use for this site.

How can I use something that I purchased from you that doesn’t work in the first place. You’re saying it works when it does not! Either you help me get it working or I’m going to start a campaign.

I love the theme thats why i bought it.
The final statement from you in the conversation of not being able to refund was the end of the support ticket and NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE was offered leaving me to understand that I was on my own and no further assistance was available to me.
1. can not activate theme in customizer
2. have to install thru ftp, file times out through word press installer
3. After installing demo content i get fatal error page when going to customize

Have you made the installation on a clean WP without any plugins?

some errors can be caused by 3rd party plugins conflicts.

this can be caused by some of your 3rd party plugins/custom code changes.
the theme doesn't effect on the admin functionality. By default, all works correctly
