I have the same, never in all the years i use templates, this is really bad. Very hard to costumize and takes a long time to know how it works. having lots of problems with the Widgets. Rather have my money back
All pages are composed by using of WPBakery visual composer. You can open each element, change texts, images, backgrounds in it etc.
If you need some specific functionality you should analyze the css/html structure. It you don't have enough skills of this we don't recommend changing the html /css block, just simple actions with the default WPBakery composer functionality
Anyone else having issues with the coding not working, Buttons , Links etc. Great site but nothing is working on this template.
It's now costing me time and money that I could have spent elsewhere on a working template how do I get a refund?

I'm no expert but templates are usually quite easy to amend this is the most complicated site I have dealt with links not working buttons not working.
