And yes, more than the code editing, there is no place in your documentation to tell people where this even exists. This is a wordpress template you are selling so everything should be available on the wordpress dashboard.
Some people don't even have access to their server. Some people only buy the wordpress and build from there. So you guys should definitely update your documentation.

so, for now I can give you and advise how to change this in the code.
Open the file from your sever:
wp-content\plugins\theme-core\vc_templates\clubio_rslider_element.php
Find the code

Change the svg code there or add an image
