Footer Logo
Go in admin left menu: Appearance -> Widgets -> Theme Footer Left Logos
By default svg icon logo is set. You can remove full the code and insert own svg code for logo or remove existing widget and add Image widget with own logo.
I do not need to change a logo and or any of the components in the footer. I need to change the footer background. This is not covered in your documentation. Also, I can't override in CSS is like there some type of block on customization in your template.
Is there going to be some sort of update coming out soon. The problem is not the developing of a website, but the re-engineering of one's thoughts. I don't know where you guys put all of your code and there is not a complete set of documentation.
It's like I have to search and figure out why and how you guys came up with certain widgets...unlike most Wordpress templates that easily customizable. I am a coder as well, but again, I am stuck with something that should have been an easy flip trying to figure out where your code is on the backend to update.

None of this responses helps. You have a faulty product. I have opened lots of tickets, not even one is on the point so we kinda need to listen to the same broken record about things that are NOT COVERED in your documentation!
Not sure why my tickets aren't saving or if it's just me that can't find them however; I'm confused with how I'm suppose to update certain widgets.
Where do I change the footer picture?
Where do I change the about section pictures?
Why do I have to have three columns in the footer? even if i change the code within that widget it is still being defaulted in that way.
I don't have a problem coding the html css etc.. however, it's being over written by your backend.
My subscription form is being auto formatted in the footer... even when i update the css it, again, is being over written.
I do not wish to stick to your demo pictures and or layout in certain areas... please assist

This is just telling me how to adjust the content there.
I have to stick to your structure which I don't want to do and I can't update the footer picture.
Could you tell me where to update the picture that's in the footer because it's not in widgets.
I know how to use wordpress... you guys have just embedding components of your demo making it hard to customize.
