Hi, I already installed the template, but it shows me certain errors, I am only working on a local server.

2. Your theme (Voicer) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
And the logo is aligned to the right, very close to the main menu.
1- demo import plugin isn't connected with the theme's files. But if the layout is already imported you can deactivate the plugin to not see errors from it
2- about WooCommerce warning - this doesn't affect on theme's and site work. So, don't mind this at all
