Dear Mr/Ms
I bought your template, I read the your guide document. I can't add mp3 into my website. I have tried it many times but no success. Can you support for me ??

I see that on your screenshots the older version of the theme. Please update it to the latest one.
Then you will be able to use the functionality described in the documentation - https://voicer.softali.net/wordpress/voicer/docs/#short_examples

That photo is the latest version, I just took it yesterday. I bought the template on last Sunday

I've added attached files voicer.zip but it haven't file mp3, I imported voicer import data demo also not file mp3

Hello,
Please, keep in mind that one license of our theme can be used on one domain only.
If you need to move your license from one domain to another you should remove the license code from the old domain: remove the license in the Customizer, press the save button.
After this please write to us. We'll reset it.
