one license of our theme can be used on one domain only. If you need to move your license from one domain to another you should remove it from the old domain , press the save button in the customizer and write to us. We'll reset it.

no, SSL doesn't affect. 

But it seems like there are some custom changes in your site. 

For example, I see that there is the plugin Enable Query Migrate Helper which isn’t tested in our theme for compatibility.

Maybe, some of your team has added the plugin and some custom changes to arrange the plugin and the theme. Maybe, the plugin itself adds some scripts etc.

Please, keep in mind that our theme (and any other custom theme) isn't compatible with all third-party plugins or themes by default. You often (not always) need to customize the plugin or other theme to make it work properly with your theme. 

It's impossible for the theme's author to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins. Only default themes are compatible with all third-party plugins, because all plugins are designed to work with default themes. 

Most common case is a conflict if the plugins and the theme override the same default template file. In such cases you need to customize conflict template and merge plugin into theme template

1)you can either correct the existing installation by removing 3rd party plugins one by one to check which one cause conflicts. Also, the original theme's code should be reviewed by uploading files from our theme's package. 

2)Or you can make a fully clean theme's installation without any changes. You can make it in the current folder 

(or you can make it ever in subfolder. But you should remove the license from the old domain and write us to reset it on a subdomain.). 

Check that everything works in a new installation. After this you can install 3rd party plugins and check if they don't cause conflicts.

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested the exact plugin which you have written. 

Our support included explaining of features which were developed in the theme only. 

About any of the default, common WP functionality you can read in any default manuals or ask support from the default forums.

About your question  about video in the Welcome block on the Homepage

To change the existing video to yours you should open the Text block, press in it the Text button and change the existing YouTube video link.

Press save button and check changes on the storefront preview.

Images in this gallery are loaded via script. So, if you don't see them it means that script is broken.

maybe, it is possible. But in other composer you should add the same css styles and the same html structure as it is in our theme

But, unfortunately, the specific html/css skills are required to reproduce the same page in other Editor.

The Gallery element was developed specifically to the Voicer theme on the base of WPBakery composer. Specific code was added to arrange the gallery. Because there is no the same element in the default WPBakery composer structure.

If you use the slick slider, so images are resized automatically due to their number (set in the script), due tom number in different screens (also can be set in the script by using mobile breakpoints) and due to the whole slider wrapper width, screen size. Images in slider can be regulated by css but this can broke the whole look.

If you add a block with simple images, so this can be regulated easier by setting of small images sizes and by css writing

So, they are initialized simultaneously. 

In each slide there are 6 visible items. And there are only 6 items so no scrolling is seen

If you need the only one slider you should remove 2 other sliders. And add more than 6 slides in it.

So, it will be scrolling and have 6 visible slides
