After I re-enter the license in the backend, it disappears. but after a short while it comes back. Do I always have to be afraid that this red display always shines ???

For now I've opened your site in the incognito tab and see all is correct.
For the case please be sure that you have the latest version of our theme. Because from some latest version some code arrangement regarding license were done.
If there is a problem with your license Server for data synchronization that's not so great because then we are dependent on the availability of your server

It is not very professional if our customer suddenly has this red screen. not very trustworthy situation
Once you add the license it would be better to not remove it from your Customizer.
Before removing the license you've seen that all worked correct.
Just remove the license when you need to move your site to another server.
